Staff was so kind and helpful! Room was very clean and with great views! Beautiful hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is very convenient, centrally located and walkable to everything...shopping, restaurants, the pier, and the beach. Our room was a bit outdated but very clean. The tub is ridiculously high, almost as tall as the sink height almost making it a safety issue. It was very frustrating to have to ask for washcloths that weren't replaced on multiple occasions. One elevator was out of service so the stairs to the 5th floor became a routine. The cafe was overpriced for what was offered in my opinion. I would stay again only for the staff. They were soooo pleasant and helpful!

Chambre de coin avec une vue spectaculaire sur l’océan. Personnel attentif à nos besoins. La piscine et le spa sont dans un environnement calme avec des chaises longues et serviettes de qualitées . Très bien situé. Juste PARFAIT!

Awesome area of Santa Monica and a very cool, clean Art Deco Building with an excellent heated pool and hot tub in the central courtyard.

The hotel is a hotel of opposites, some excellent attributes and some not so great The front desk is 5 star, very responsive. They also text you asking if the room is ok, and if you need anything. For made service, when I had the come back later sign, they texted and asked if/when I wanted the room clean with times they could clean or if I needed clean towels. Valet service was also quick and easy The rooms and infrastructure, although updated still feels dated. My and most rooms open up to outside. The bathroom (in my room), is not heated. That is the heater blows heat in the main room does not blow heat in the bathroom so when getting out of the shower the floor and bathroom is cold. Also, the heat/thermostat in my room was not working. It was New Years Eve, and while they tried to fix it, the guy on call also called a supervisor and video called him to try to fix it a positive) it needed a new thermostat that could not be obtained to the next day. Maid service was above average, however one day they left my door open.

Fantástico alojamiento en una ubicación privilegiada, bonito y acogedor, una lástima que al ser invierno no utilicé la piscina, pero el agua estaba climatizada y vi algunos clientes ba?andose. El bar de la azotéa es muy agradable con bonitas vistas al océano para ver los preciosos atardeceres. La habitación muy confortable y amplia. El personal en general y el servicio de limpieza muy atentos. El único "pero" que le pondría, es que esperaba encontar algunos servicios mínimos como una cafetera o kettle y café y té u otros complementos que la mayoría de hoteles de esta categoría sí incluyen.

The Jacuzzi was the best cherry on top to our stay there. We did splurge for the oceanfront business suite which was nice a little extra space and an amazing view of the sunset. I mean amazing also lit view of the pier in the distance because we did get the top floor in the corner not the penthouse just the fifth floor, but still amazing thank you. Everything was lovely. The coffee shop in the morning was also wonderful Thank you to the staff.

Asked for a rose petals in the room for our engagement and a bouquet of flowers but never received either . The staff mistakenly put happy anniversary when it was our engagement night .
